双电源输入磁集成开关电感Boost变换器 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高双电源输入Boost变换器的电压增益,降低输出电感电流纹波,提出了一种双电源输入开关电感磁集成Boost变换器。将开关电感单元替代双电源输入Boost变换器中的储能电感,并将所有开关电感单元中的电感集成为一个耦合电感。分析了变换器的单电源输入和双电源输入状态下的工作模态,推导出变换器在不同状态下的电压增益表达式,并推导得出变换器的暂稳态电感,对暂稳态电感的研究推导得出该类变换器耦合电感耦合度的设计范围。最后制作实验样机对该分析进行验证。结果表明双电源输入磁集成开关电感Boost变换器具有优良的综合性能。 To improve the voltage gain of the traditional dual power input Boost converter and reduce the current ripple,a dual power input magnetic integrated Boost converter with switched inductor was proposed.Firstly,this paper used the switched inductor to replace the storage inductor in the traditional dual input power Boost converter,and all the switched inductors were integrated into one coupling inductor.Secondly,this paper analysed the working modes of the proposed converter on the conditions of both single power input and dual power input respectively,and derived the voltage gain expressions correspondingly.Thirdly,by studying the transient steady-state induction,which was derived from the research above,the design criterion of the coupling inductor’s coupling coefficient was obtained.Finally,a prototype was built to verify the correctness of the analysis,and it was indicated that the overall performance of the dual power input magnetic integrated Boost converter with switched inductor was excellent.
