摘要
针对已有公共备用变压器相关研究未计及负载差异性的现状,提出基于公共备用模式建立配电变压器组可靠性Markov模型和公共备用规划模型。以随机故障停电损失费用、备用投资费用和安装投运费用之和最小为目标,建立配电变压器组公共备用规划模型,并采用枚举解析法求解该模型。结合RBTS Bus2系统的变压器组进行算例分析,比较不同备用数量下的经济性指标以得到最优备用方案,并对安装投运时间进行灵敏度分析。通过算例分析验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。
With the consideration that the existing researches on shared spare transformers do not take the diversity of load into account,a reliability-based Markov model and a shared spare planning model for distribution transformers are established in a shared spare mode.Furthermore,the minimum of random failure outage loss cost,spare investment cost,and replacement cost is taken as an objective function,thus a shared spare planning model is formed for distribution transformers,which is further solved using enumeration method.The transformers in Roy Billinton Test System(RBTS)Bus2 system are analyzed as an example:the economical indexes with different spare numbers are compared to obtain the optimal spare plan;meanwhile,sensitivity analysis of replacement time is also conducted.The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through the analysis of the numerical example.
