社会主义事业的内在矛盾及其应对

Inner Contradictions of Socialist Cause and Corresponding Countermeasures

社会主义事业不容回避的内在矛盾隐含着公有制经济存在蜕变和失败的隐患。民主与集中的矛盾是关键性的矛盾,包括人民民主与党的领导、社会民主与国家权威、集体领导与个人威权、经济民主与集中管理等矛盾。处理此矛盾应党的领导和人民当家作主双确保、相互制约,有机统一,让人大充分体现民主作用,辩证对待个人威权、充分地实行经济民主。市场经济与公有制的矛盾是对公有制具有销蚀作用的危险矛盾,包括雇佣劳动、公有单位衍生私人资本、私有制经济发展与公有制地位的矛盾,社会化生产与社会化产品非社会化占有的矛盾。处理此矛盾应拓展公有性,节制私有性。个体自利价值追求与公有制及其集体价值要求的矛盾、国内民族之间及社会主义国家之间的矛盾也非同小可,处理这方面矛盾应塑造集体主义价值观、促进民族融合、遵循国际共产主义运动利益最大化原则。

The inner contradiction of the cause of socialism implying the hidden danger of metamorphosis and failure of the public ownership economy.The contradiction between democracy and centralization is the key contradiction,including the people's democracy and the leadership of the Party,the social democracy and state authority,the collective leadership and individual authority,the economic democracy and centralized management.To address these contradictions we should make the leadership of the party and the people's democracy are guaranteed,mutual constraints,integrate them organically,and making people's congress fully embodies the role of democracy,dialectically treat individual authority,fully implement economic democracy.The contradiction between market economy and public ownership is a dangerous contradiction having an erosion effect on public ownership,including the contradiction between wage labor,public unit derive private capital,development of private ownership economy and the status of public ownership,the contradiction between social production and not social possession of social product.To deal with this contradiction,we should expand the nature of public ownership and control the nature of private ownership.The contradiction between the pursuit of individual self-interest value and the public ownership and its collective value requirement,the contradiction between socialist countries and between domestic nationalities,are not small,so we should shape the values of collectivism,promoting ethnic integration and abide by the principle of maximizing the benefits of the international communist movement.
