镍钴铝体系锂电池电解液性能研究 被引量:1

Investigation of electrolyte performance of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_2(NCA)lithium battery

摘要 选用比容量较高的镍钴铝三元材料为正极,考察不同成分的电解液在正极表面的成膜作用及机理。实验结果表明:降低VC含量并加入硫系添加剂配合使用,可以提高电池的容量发挥,减少不可逆容量损失;在2~2.5 V电压范围内添加剂在NCA表面发生成膜反应,加入BS后成膜作用更明显;VC与BS配合使用电池的循环性能更好。 Taking the LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 material with higher capacity as the cathode,the film-forming effect and mechanism of different electrolyte components on the cathode surface were studied.The experimental results show that decreasing VC content and mixing with series of sulfur additives can improve capacity and charge and discharge performance of battery;the SEI film forms on the NCA surface within 2-2.5 V,and the film-for
