铅酸电池中碳酸盐与铅膏脱硫转化的关系 被引量:3

摘要 通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和正交分析研究了碳酸钠、碳酸氢铵和碳酸铵三种脱硫剂在不同反应条件下的脱硫效率。实验结果表明,脱硫后铅膏中碳酸铅团状聚集物呈现规则的柱状结构且表面出现密集分布的孔洞;三种碳酸盐脱硫剂中碳酸钠的脱硫率最高;摩尔比对脱硫率和残留率影响最显著。最终确定碳酸钠为脱硫剂的最佳反应条件。 The desulfurization efficiency of three kinds of desulfurization agents,including sodium carbonate,ammonium bicarbonate and ammonium carbonate,was studied by means of SEM,XRD and orthogonal analysis.The experimental results show that the desulfurization paste lead carbonate nodular aggregates show a rule of the column shaped structure and densely distributed holes on the surface.The desulfurization rate of carbonate in three kinds of carbonate desulfurization agents is the highest.The effect of the molar ratio on the desulfurization rate and residual rate is the most significant.The carbonate was determined as the optimum reaction condition for the desulfurization agent.
