摘要 随着智能蓄电池在线监测系统的安装应用,直流系统现场基本实现了蓄电池的状态检修,但容量核对性放电作业仍然需要进行现场作业,过程繁琐、安全度低、成本高,很多站点不具备标准周期核容作业的能力。为了解决这一难题,提出了一种基于蓄电池在线监测系统和便携式放电负载的规约转换装置,实现了远程核容作业,减少了维护成本,现场试验证明,该装置运行稳定可靠,可进一步推广。 With the installation and application of online monitoring system for smart battery,the condition maintenance of battery is realized in the field of DC system.But the capacity check discharge operation still needs the field operation with cumbersome process,low safety and high cost,and many sites do not have operation ability according to the standard cycle.In order to solve this problem,a communication protocol converter was proposed based on battery online monitoring system and portable discharge load.The long distance capacity check discharge was realized,and the maintenance cost was reduced.The field test shows that the device is stable and reliable,and can be further extended.
