摘要
空间电源设备在设计阶段非常重视设备的抗力学环境设计。对一种力学试验时结构失效的空间电源模块设计进行了研究,通过仿真与试验相结合的方式分析其在力学环境试验中的失效机理,并通过有限元分析找出了失效原因,给出了模块结构设计的纠正措施,提出了星载电源设备抗力学环境设计中应注意的问题。
The design of mechanical resistance environment is very importance in design phase of space power sources.The modular design of space power source was researched which structure was disabled in mechanical experiment.The failure mechanism in mechanical environment experiment was analysed through simulation and experiment.The cause of failure was found though finite element analysis.The corrective action of module structure design could be find.It is raised that something should be attention in mechanical resistance environment experiment for satellite power source.
