摘要
加强供给侧改革,是保持我国经济稳定持续增长的重大举措。以物业管理行业为研究对象,针对传统物业管理存在的现实问题,基于供给侧改革的理论与方法,明确了传统物业管理向绿色物业管理转型的目标,研究了物业服务企业向绿色物业管理转型的发展路径,提出了加快传统物业管理向绿色物业管理转型的对策建议。
Strengthening the structural reform of the supply side,is a major measure to maintain steady and sustainable economic growth in China.In this paper,the property management industry as the object,in view of the practical problems of the traditional property management,based on the supply-side reform’s theory and method,has been clear the goal of the traditional property management to green property management transformation,studied the path of property service enterprise’s transformation,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the transition from traditional property management to the green property management.
