摘要
以山西长治华晟荣煤矿051508机轨合一巷为工程背景,通过现场调研分析可知原有支护方案存在不合理性,巷道支护效果不佳。基于该机轨合一巷所在工作面地质条件建立简化后的力学模型,推导计算出上下两帮侧顶板承载的实际悬顶距离,分析表明顶板围岩破坏存在非对称性分布特征。基于此得出优化后最为合理、经济的支护方案,为类似条件下大断面机轨合一煤巷的支护提供了重要的借鉴意义。
Taking the 051508 comprehensive transportation tunnel of Shanxi Changzhi Huashengrong coal mine as the engineering background,based on field investigation,the paper comes to the conclusion that the original supporting scheme is unreasonable,and roadway support is not effective.Based on the geological conditions of the working face of the comprehensive transportation tunnel,a simplified mechanical model is established,and the actual suspended ceiling distance between the upper and lower two sides of the roof is calculated.The analysis shows that the roof rock failure has asymmetric distribution characteristics.Based on this,it is concluded that the most reasonable and economical support scheme is optimized under the premise of safety,high yield and high efficiency,which provides an important reference for similar conditions to support the roadway with large section.
