低孔隙率综放工作面煤尘防治技术研究

摘要 针对山东省天安矿业集团有限公司星村煤矿综放工作面3煤孔隙率低、地温高、煤尘爆炸性强现状,对综放工作面顺槽采取动压变频式注水、静压注水和工作面煤壁短壁注水相结合的方式,合理确定了煤层注水设计的相关参数;同时割煤机负压降尘二次喷雾、移架自动喷雾、架后高压喷雾、顺槽红外线自动喷雾及旋转喷雾等多种降尘技术结合的手段,有效地降低了综放工作面煤尘浓度和温度,改善了作业条件,提高了劳动效率,保证了安全生产。 To deal with low porosity,high ground temperature,coal dust explosive in the fully mechanized working face of Xingcun Coal Mine,Shandong Tianan Mining Group Co.,LTD.,in the return airway of fully mechanized working face,variable-frequency water injection,static pressure water injection,and short wall water injection are combined to reasonably determine the related parameters of the coal seam design;and at the same time,cutting machine negative pressure dust secondary spray,automatic spray,high-pressure spray,gateway after infrared automatic spraying and rotating spray dust technology are also combined,which effectively reduce the coal dust concentration and temperature of full-mechanized caving face,improve the work conditions,and the work efficiency,ensure the safety in production.
