摘要
本文根据中兴煤业315工作面运输巷实际情况,利用Comsol-Multiphysics软件建立相关的流固耦合模型。通过数值模拟,得出顺层单钻孔形成的卸压带、钻孔瓦斯流量以及钻孔瓦斯流量衰减系数三个方面的相关数据,并将所得数据与现场实测数据对比。结果表明:煤体单钻孔在12MPa上覆地层压力作用下形成的卸压区约为0.3m;钻孔瓦斯流量随时间衰减先快后慢,大约在50min后趋于稳定;钻孔瓦斯流量速度随时间先快后慢。瓦斯钻孔及瓦斯参数与现场实际规律相符合。
According to the actual situation of the transportation lane in Zhongxing coal industry 315 working face,this paper establishes the relevant fluid-solid coupling model with Comsol-Multiphysics software.By numerical simulation,the data related to pressure relief belt,borehole gas flow rate and gas flow attenuation is obtained and a comparison is made between obtained data and field measured data.The results show that the pressure relief zone formed under the effect of the overlying strata pressure on 12MPa is about 0.3m;The borehole gas flow decreases with time and then slows down,and tends to stabilize after about 50min.The velocity of borehole gas flow is slow after time.The gas drilling and gas parameters are in accordance with the actual laws of the field.
