盘道煤矿液压支架和泵站系统故障研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对盘道煤矿综采面的材料巷采用预应力砌块装配隔离墙沿空留巷技术后,液压支架和泵站故障增多的情况,本文分析和总结了液压支架系统的故障原因,查找和排除故障的方法,并结合3203、3205综采面在生产过程中的事故分析与处理案例,阐述了处理故障的一般程序。 In this paper,the failure of hydraulic support and pump station is increased after the prestressed block assembly wall is used to assemble the wall along the hollow roadway.This paper analyzes and summarizes the cause of the breakdown of hydraulic support system,to find the troubleshooting methods,and combined with the accident analysis of 3203,3205 fully mechanized face in the process of production and processing,the usual procedures to handle failure are expounded.
