摘要
本试验主要研究大白菜α-微管蛋白基因受霜霉病菌诱导的表达特点以及病原菌侵染下微管动态结构变化。结果表明,霜霉病菌诱导后,大白菜抗、感病品种中两种α-微管蛋白基因均呈现诱导表达特点,且抗病品种叶片细胞微管结构较为完整。说明微管骨架在植物对抗真菌病原菌侵染中具有一定的作用。
This paper mainly studied the expression characteristics of theα-tubulin protein gene induced by Peronospora parasitica and the dynamic structural changes of the microtubule under the infection of Peronospora parasitica.The results showed thatα-tubulin protein genes expressed in all materials after Peronospora parasitica induction,and the microtubule cytoskeleton was more complete in the resistant variety.It indicated that the microtubule cytoskeleton had a certain function in plant against fungal pathogens.
