摘要
玉米成熟后的籽粒脱水速率和收获时的籽粒含水量是影响玉米籽粒机收的重要指标。本研究以185份玉米自交系为试验材料,分别在成熟期和收获期测定其籽粒含水量,分析其成熟后的籽粒脱水速率。依据籽粒脱水速率的快慢,把供试自交系分为快、较快、较慢和慢4类。本研究结果可为选育收获期籽粒含水量低、适宜机收籽粒的玉米新品种提供参考。
Maize kernel dehydration rate after maturity and kernel moisture content at harvest time are the important indexes influencing mechanical harvest.One hundred and eighty-five maize inbred lines were used in this study to detect the kernel moisture content at maturity and harvest stages,respectively.Then the kernel dehydration rate after maturity was analyzed.According to the kernel dehydration speed,all the tested inbred lines were divided into four types including fast,faster,lower and low.The results could provide references for breeding new maize varieties with low kernel moisture content at harvest stage and suitable for mechanical harvest.
