龙岩烤烟特征香气成分及其关键生态影响因子研究 被引量:11

摘要 烟草香气成分是烟叶香气质量的基础,为阐明龙岩烟叶特征香气成分及其关键生态影响因子,采用不同典型清香型烟区对比研究的方法,研究龙岩烤烟特征香气成分及其与气象和土壤因素的关系,结果表明,(1)β-大马酮、β-二氢大马酮和氧化异佛尔酮是龙岩烟叶特征香气成分,其中β-大马酮是龙岩烟区烟叶最重要的特征香气成分。(2)影响龙岩烟叶特征香气成分的生态因素主要是气象因素,其中降雨量的时空分布是影响龙岩烟叶特征香气成分前体物合成积累的关键生态因素,以下部叶成熟期和还苗伸根期至团棵前期降雨量的影响较大。 Aroma components are the basis of aroma quality of tobacco leaves.To clarify characteristic aroma components of Longyan tobacco leaves and their key ecological influencing factors,a comparative study with the different fen-flavor tobacco planting area was carried out.The results showed that:(1)Three aroma components,namely,β-damascenone,β-damascone and keto-isophorone,were the characteristic aroma components of Longyan tobacco leaves,of whichβ-damascenone was the most important.(2)The main ecological factors influencing the characteristic aroma components in Longyan were meteorological factors,of which the temporal and spatial distribution of precipitation acted as an important factor in the precursory formation of these compounds,especially in the mature stage of low leaves,and the stage from seedling restitution and root spreading to early phase of rosette.
