三维空芯定向刨花板冲击性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 三维空芯定向刨花板是一种新型的夹芯板,应用于木结构建筑中,可以有效地减轻墙体重量,简化墙体制造工艺,然而冲击性能是衡量结构性能的重要指标。笔者针对三维空芯定向刨花板、泡沫填充三维空芯定向刨花板进行低速冲击测试,对板材冲击力,位移和能量进行了比较研究。研究结果表明,三维空芯定向刨花板组成单元、三维空芯定向刨花板及泡沫填充三维空芯定向刨花板之间冲击性能差异显著;表板和三维定向刨花板芯板抗冲击力最大,三维空芯定向刨花板破坏位移最大;泡沫填充大大减少了三维空芯定向刨花板的抗冲击力和破坏位移,增加了冲击能量。 The three-dimensional directional hollow particleboard is a new kind of sandwich plate model,application in wood structure building,can reduce the wall weight effectively and simplify the manufacturing process of the wall.The objective of this research was to experimentally low velocity impact behavior of sandwich panels consisting of ponderosa pine.In this study,different panel configurations were fabricated and tested,instrumented panels were impacted with a drop mass setup and the force,displacement and energy histories were recorded.The results show that the impact performance difference between the three-dimensional hollow-core oriented particleboard,the three-dimensional hollow-core oriented particleboard and the three-dimensional hollow core oriented particleboard filled with foam is significant.The surface plate and the three-dimensional directional particleboard core board have the largest impact force,the three-dimensional hollow-core oriented particleboard has the largest failure displacement,and the foam filling greatly reduced the impact force and failure displacement,increased the impact energy.
