摘要
为了探索鼠李糖乳杆菌的生长特性和最适培养条件,研究采用单因素试验设计,分别考察了温度、培养基初始p H值、供氧水平和培养周期等参数对鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG,LGG)菌体生长的影响。结果表明鼠李糖乳杆菌的最适生长温度为39℃、最适p H为6.0,适宜在低溶氧量的环境中培养。研究证实鼠李糖乳杆菌适宜在偏酸性的厌氧环境中生长,在39℃下培养6 h活菌量可达108.5cfu/m L,上述结果对于鼠李糖乳杆菌的规模化生产具有一定的指导意义。
To study the growth characteristics and the optimum culture condition for Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(LGG),the effects of temperature,initial pH of medium,oxygen level,and culture period on the growth of LGG were investigated through a single-factor test.The results indicated that the optimal temperature and pH of the culture condition were 39℃and 6.0,and it was fittest for LGG to be bred in a relatively low level of dissolved oxygen.This study further confirmed that it was proper for LGG to grow in hypoxia a slightly acid condition,in which the active bacteria reached 10 8.5 cfu/mL after culture for 6 h at 39℃.The above results provide instructive significance for the scale production of LGG.
