基于订单流导向的木塑企业ERP管控技术研究

Research on ERP Control Technology of Wood-plastic Enterprise Based on Order Flow Direction

通过对ERP的基本内涵和系统运作特点的分析,结合基于订单流导向的木塑企业信息化建设过程中存在的问题,提出了建立ERP管理系统对定制木塑产品企业的必要性。依据企业存在的问题,针对性地从产品管理、信息流通方式、生产制造计划和企业生产资料管理等方面进行了分析研究。制定出木塑企业ERP管控的三种方案:木塑产品编码方案、信息共享系统、制造流程规范化和生产资料标准化。通过一系列技术手段,ERP管理系统将有效解决木塑产品企业管理中的各种难题,为企业的产业升级打下基础,也为其他木塑产品企业的信息化建设提供一定的借鉴。

Through analyzing the basic connotation and system operation characteristics of ERP and combining the problems existing in the process of information construction of order flow oriented wooden plastic enterprises,the necessity of establishing ERP management system for customized wood-plastic products enterprises is presented in this paper.According to the problem of enterprise,the authors analyze from the aspects of product management,information circulation mode,production planning and enterprise production data management.Three schemes for ERP control of wood-plastic enterprises are formulated:wood-plastic product coding scheme,information sharing system,standardization of manufacturing process and production data.Through a series of technical means,ERP management system will resolve all kinds of difficulties effectively in the enterprise management of wood-plastic products,which can lay a foundation for the industrial upgrading of enterprises.Furthermore,it provides some references for the informatization construction of wooden plastic products enterprises.
