摘要
通过对中华绒螯蟹溞状幼体Z1进行不同时间的饥饿试验,研究其脂肪酸组成的变化。结果表明,随着饥饿时间的延长,中华绒螯蟹溞状幼体Z1脂含量逐渐减少,饥饿24h后,脂含量由饥饿前的8.77%下降到3.23%,差异极显著(P<0.01);脂肪酸组成变化差异不显著,只是高不饱和脂肪酸在饥饿过程中被相对保留,其相对含量稍微上升。脂类是中华绒螯蟹溞状幼体Z1阶段重要的能量来源,在进行中华绒螯蟹育苗时要根据孵化时间合理安排饵料,及时投喂高脂饵料以满足幼体的营养需求,增加幼体体内的脂类储存,以提高幼体成活率。
The lipid content and fatty acids composition of Chinese Mitten Crab Eriocheir sinensis newly hatched larvae(the first feeding larval stage)were studied by starvation test.The results showed that with the prolongation of starvation time,the lipid content of new hatched larvae gradually decreased.After starvation for 24 h,the lipid content decreased significantly from 8.77%to 3.23%(P<0.01).The composition change of fatty acids was not significant,but the relative content of high unsaturated fatty acids increased slightly because they were relatively reserved during starvation.The result indicated that the lipid was the important energy source of the Chinese Mitten Crab larvae.In the process of seedling,it was necessary to arrange the bait according to the incubation time and feed the high-fat bait in time to increase the lipid storage of new hatched larvae,so as to improve the survival rate of the larvae.
