摘要
针对化工行业的溶剂回收塔控制性能需进一步提高的实际需求,设计一种基于人群搜索算法的溶剂回收塔温度控制系统。采用ARM9结合嵌入式Linux的软、硬件系统搭建实验平台,通过控制量传输和主算法运算过程异步执行,引入B/S网络远程控制模式打破工业现场区域限制。构建实验仿真系统,用简易模型塔模拟溶剂回收塔的实际生产过程特性,实验结果表明:人群搜索算法的控制效果明显优于传统PID控制。
According to further improvement demand for the control performance of the solvent-recovery tower of chemical industry,a solvent recovery tower temperature control system based on the seeker optimization algorithm was designed.The experiment platform consist of embedded Linux software and hardware with ARM9.By controlling the amount of transmission and the main algorithm executed asynchronously in this process,meanwhile the introduction of B/S network remote controlling mode break the industrial area.Constructing simulation system that the simple model instead of the actual production of solvent-recovery tower,the results indicate that the effect of the seeker optimization algorithm has an obvious advantage over the traditional PID control.
