摘要
基于交易型领导理论,本文探讨了交易型领导是否通过工作投入对工作绩效产生影响.本文对山东东部某制造业企业的157名员工进行了问卷调查,结果表明,交易型领导对工作绩效和工作投入分别具有显著的正向预测作用,工作投入在交易型领导和工作绩效的关系中起完全中介作用.本文为企业管理者提供了有效的管理策略,即以任务为导向,为员工设立目标,并以职位晋升、物质奖励等方式激励员工投入更多精力,从而促进工作绩效的提升.
Based on transactional leadership theory,this paper discusses whether transaction leadership influences task performance through work engagement.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 157 employees in a manufacturing enterprise in eastern Shandong.Results show that transactional leadership has a significant positive predictive effect on task performance and work engagement,work engagement plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between transactional leadership and task performance.This paper provides an effective management strategy for managers,that is,task oriented,set goals for employees,and encourage employees to invest more energy in the way of job promotion and material reward,thus promoting the improvement of work performance.
