摘要
[目的]研究不同植物生长调节剂对杜仲叶杜仲胶含量的影响。[方法]采用4种植物生长调节剂对杜仲树林进行处理,并用碱浸法处理杜仲叶,再用正己烷-丙酮提取法来提取杜仲胶,计算杜仲胶含量。[结果]随喷洒次数的增多,不同处理杜仲叶杜仲胶含量增加;4种植物生长调节剂处理的杜仲叶杜仲胶含量从高到低依次为GA3、NAA、6-BA、2,4-D,杜仲胶含量均高于CK。[结论]4种浓度的植物生长调节剂都能使杜仲叶杜仲胶含量不同程度提高。从优选角度考虑,生产上可采用GA3300 mg/L进行1次喷洒,来提高杜仲叶中杜仲胶含量。
[Objective]To study the effect of plant growth regulators on the guttapercha content of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.[Method]Four plant growth regulators were used to deal with E.ulmoides.E.ulmoides were treated by alkali leaching,and the content of guttapercha was calculated by using hexane-acetone extraction method.[Result]The content of guttapercha in E.ulmoides leaves increased with the increase of spraying times.The guttapercha content of E.ulmoides leaves treated by four plant growth regulators from high to low was as follows:GA 3,NAA,6-BA,2,4-D.The content of guttapercha treated by four plant growth regulators were higher than CK.[Conclusion]The four plant growth regulators can make the guttapercha in the leaves raised obviously.From the perspective of optimization,GA 3 300 mg/L can be used for one-time spraying to improve the guttapercha content of E.ulmoides leaves.
