摘要
根据排放系数法估算了南京市沥青铺路过程VOCs排放状况,并提出了针对性控制对策。结果表明:南京市2002—2014年沥青铺路VOCs排放量在3 100~24 730 t之间;沥青铺路VOCs主要在郊区排放,可能是郊区PM_(2.5)与O_3污染较重的原因之一;建议将沥青铺路VOCs排放纳入大气污染监管体系,实施污染的全过程控制。
With the emission coefficient method,the VOCs emission of asphalt paving for Nanjing was estimated,and the countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that the VOCs emissions of asphalt paving in Nanjing were between 3 100~24 730 t from 2002 to 2014.Asphalt paving VOCs emissions were mainly discharged in the suburbs,which may be one of the reasons for the heavier pollution of PM 2.5 and O 3 in the suburbs.It's suggested that the asphalt paving VOCs emissions should be integrated into the air pollution supervision system and the whole process of pollution control should be implemented.
