摘要
文章根据企业实际需求,针对带轮产品的多个参数检测,设计了一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的带轮综合参数自动检查设备。该系统采用LabVIEW作为上位机编程软件,PCIe-6320数据采集卡作为硬件控制核心,采集卡接收传感器信号传给上位机进行分析、处理。系统采用比较测量法将被测件与校准件相比较,判断工件是否合格,同时将所有测量数据生成报表储存。实际测试表明,该测量仪运行良好,具有精度高、可靠性好、检测效率高及人机界面友好等优点。
A multi-parameter measurement equipment for automotive pulleys based on LabVIEW virtual instruments was developed according to the actual situation and demand of the enterprise.In the system,the LabVIEW was used as the host computer,and PCIe-6320 data acquisition board was employed as the hardware control core to receive signal from sensors and send it to the host computer.The comparative measurement method was used to compare the measured value with that of the standard part to judge whether the work piece was qualified or not.In the meanwhile,the computer generated a report for all measurement data.Experimental results show that the instrument has the advantages of good operation,high precision,good reliability,high efficiency and friendly man-machine interface.
