单巯酯基高折射率单体及涂层的制备与性能 被引量:2

摘要 文章采用单巯基型单体2-巯基苯并噻唑与甲基丙烯酰氯反应,一步法合成了高折射率甲基烯丙基型含巯酯基单体,合成的单体2-甲基烯丙基苯并噻唑巯酯的折射率为1.661。研究了缚酸剂的种类、甲基丙烯酰氯与2-巯基苯并噻唑的摩尔比对产物产率的影响。通过紫外光固化方法制备了聚(2-甲基烯丙基苯并噻唑巯酯)涂层,并进一步研究了涂层的光学性能和物理性,聚(2-甲基烯丙基苯并噻唑巯酯)涂层2μm处的折射率为1.642,具有高的硬度和良好的附着力,且在可见光区具有高的透过率。 In this paper,new high refractive index poly(thioester)s(PTEs)containing mercapto and alicyclic units were synthesized.PTEs were synthesized by the poly-condensation reaction of methyl acryloyl chloride with monomer containing single-mercapto.The refractive index of 2-methylallyl benzothiazole thioester was 1.661.The yield was affected by the type of acid binding agent and mole ratio of raw materials.The homo-polymerization coatings on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)coating films were prepared by photo polymerization under UV irradiation.The optical and physical properties of the coatings were studied.The refractive index of poly-2-methylallyl benzothiazole thioester coating films was 1.642 at 2μm.The coatings exhibited higher hardness and good adhesive force for high benzene ring containing.They also had high visible light transmittance.
