基于风险指引技术的聚变堆可靠性指标分配方法 被引量:1

摘要 聚变堆的安全性是聚变堆可靠性分析必须考虑的重要因素,可靠性指标是可靠性分析的基础和前提。传统可靠性指标的分配过程没有与部件的安全性挂钩,一方面会造成某些安全重要部件的可靠性指标分配的较低,产生安全隐患;另一方面会造成某些无关安全部件的可靠性指标分配的较高,浪费资源,从而对聚变堆可用性产生不利影响。本文根据聚变反应堆的特点,提出了一种基于风险指引技术的分配方法,从聚变堆危害剂量与允许频率出发,将聚变堆总体的可靠性指标分配到各个系统,再分配到系统中的部件。该方法可为聚变堆可靠性指标体系的建立提供技术支持,并可为安全设计要求与监管要求的确立提供理论依据。 The safety performance of is an important factor that should be considered in the reliability analysis of fusion reactors,and reliability index is the basis of reliability analysis.The traditional reliability allocation process has not taken the risk of the components into account,resulting in that the reliability index of some safety important components’reliability index may be low and will impact on reactor’s safety performance and,on the other hand,others may be higher than the proper value,resulting in waste of resources.Moreover,the availability of fusion reactor may be adversely affected.In this paper,according to the safety characteristics of fusion reactor,an allocation method based on risk-inform technology has been proposed.In this method,the total reliability index of the fusion reactor is distributed to each system,and then distributed to the components.The application of this method gives a way to find the reliability index system of components in fusion reactor,which can provide reference for regulatory authorities in establishing the regulatory indicators and design rules.
