摘要
随着国内经济增长减缓以及成品油市场放开后,"低油价、低增长、价格战"已成为新常态。市场竞争更加激烈,一些加油站出现了销量下滑、利润下降甚至经营亏损等问题。本文基于这种形势,探索了优化单站效益的实施路径,深入研究了单站成本优化、单站利润优化、单站投入产出优化和单站措施增效等增效方法,有利于全面优化提升单站效益,使加油站为销售企业创造更大价值。
With the domestic economic slowdown and refined product market liberalization,the low oil prices,low growth and price war have become the new normal.The market competition is more intense,with some petrol stations suffering sales decline,falling profits or even operating loss.This paper is based on this situation to explore the implementation path of single-station efficiency optimization,including optimization of single-station cost,profit,investment output and relevant measures,in favor of comprehensive improvement of single petrol station profit to create more value for sales company.
