典型兽用抗生素对斑马鱼的急性毒性及氧化应激的影响 被引量:8

摘要 兽用抗生素大部分不能被充分吸收利用,最终以原药的形态直接排出生物体,进入到水生环境中,对水生生物的生长、发育和繁殖产生影响.本文以斑马鱼为实验对象,研究了阿莫西林、头孢噻肟钠、盐酸土霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠4种典型兽用抗生素对斑马鱼的急性毒性效应和抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明四种兽用抗生素均为低毒物质,对CAT和GPx活性影响均较小,阿莫西林暴露的斑马鱼内脏团SOD活性显著增加(P<0.05),盐酸土霉素暴露的肌肉SOD和GST活性显著增加(P<0.05),磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠对斑马鱼肌肉和内脏团中GST活性诱导作用显著.因此,在斑马鱼的肌肉和内脏团中,不同的抗氧化酶对兽用抗生素的胁迫响应机制可能是不同的. Veterinary antibiotics can not be completely absorbed and usually directly discharged from organisms into the aquatic environment,which can impact the growth,development and reproduction of aquatic organisms.In this paper,four typical veterinary antibiotics(amoxicillin,cefotaxime sodium,oxytetracycline hydrochloride and sodium pyrimidine sulfamonomethoxine)were selected to analyze the acute toxicity and antioxidant enzyme to zebrafish.The results show that four veterinary antibiotics show low toxicity in zebrafish and effect on the activities of CAT and GPx is small.For amoxicillin,the activities of SOD in visceral mass significantly increase(P<0.05).For oxytetracycline hydrochloride,the activities of SOD and GST in muscle significantly increase(P<0.05).For sodium pyrimidine sulfamonomethoxine,the activities of GST in muscle and visceral mass significantly increase.Therefore,the response mechanism of four studied antioxidant enzymes may be different in the muscle and visceral mass exposed to the veterinary antibiotics.
