摘要
该文主要介绍了汽车行业中铝合金电阻点焊需解决的技术难题,主要包括铝合金表面氧化膜、裂纹、气孔、焊接接头软化问题。针对这些技术难题,各研究机构和设备厂采取了中频直流焊机、交流焊机、特殊的电极帽、焊钳变压力、引入工艺带等系列措施,不同程度上改善了铝合金电阻点焊焊接性。
This paper mainly introduces the technical problems of aluminum alloy resistance spot welding in automobile industry,including the oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy,cracks,porosity and the softening of welded joints.To solve these technical problems,research institutions and equipment manufacturers adopt MFDC or AC welding machine,special electrode cap,variable electrode force,inventing process tape,improving the resistance spot welding ability of aluminum alloy.
