摘要
以铝合金模板技术在海建集团某装配整体式剪力墙结构项目中的应用为例,介绍了前期设计的关键技术及后期施工中的难点和应对措施。项目实践表明:将铝合金模板技术和混凝土结构装配式技术有效结合,可大大提高工程质量,减少现场湿作业,达到免抹灰效果。
Taking the application of aluminum alloy template technology to the assembly integrated shear wall structure project of Haijian Group as an example,the key technologies of pre-design as well as the difficulties and countermeasures in later construction were introduced according to the characteristics of the project. The project practice shows that the effective combination of the aluminum alloy template technology and the concrete structure assembly technology can greatly improve the project quality,reduce on-site wet work and achieve the effect of avoiding plastering.
