摘要
地铁列车下吊设备关乎列车的正常运行与舒适性要求,因此对其强度有严格的要求。首先利用Hyper Mesh软件建立了机箱的有限元模型,计算了总体应力分布以评定其结构静强度。然后利用Goodman疲劳曲线图对机箱疲劳强度进行了分析和计算。结果表明,在三向冲击载荷及动载荷下,机箱结构的静强度及疲劳强度满足设计要求,达到了验证其结构安全性的目的。
The equipment of subway train is related to the normal operation and comfort requirements,so its strength is strict.This paper establishes the finite element model of the chassis in HyperMesh software and obtains the total stress distribution to evaluate the static strength of the structure.It uses Goodman fatigue graph to analyze the fatigue strength of equipment cabin.The results show that under three-way impact load and dynamic load,the static strength and fatigue strength of the chassis structure meet the requirements of design and application,and achieves the purpose of verifying the structural safety.
