摘要
利用传统的等间距法计算组合涡旋型线的拟合点坐标,节点数目多,加工效率低,误差大。为此提出了一种优化的变间距法,通过计算实际误差与允许误差的比值,对不同的比值对间距Δx作不同的伸缩变化。从涡旋线的起点开始,按照优化后的变间距法,利用MATLAB软件计算拟合点坐标。结果表明,用该方法逼近组合的涡旋型线,能保证每一次的拟合误差都在允许范围之内,与等间距法相比,节点数目减少了近1/3。
The traditional distance calculation is low effective in calculation fitting points coordinate of the combined vortex type line.Aiming at above defects it proposes an optimized algorithm to calculate the actual error and the allowable error ratio,then to make the space change differently and start from the beginning of the vortex line according to the optimization of the equal interval method.It uses MATLAB software to show the fitting coordinates calculation.The application in approximate the combination of vortex lines shows that the method can ensure the fitting errors within the allowable range,and reduce the number of nodes by nearly 1/3.
