基于S7-300PLC和模糊控制的锅炉分布式控制系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对以前锅炉的控制依赖简单仪表和经验,存在能源利用率低下、设备运行安全性不高等问题,设计了基于S7-300PLC和模糊控制的锅炉分布式控制系统。利用西门子远程I/O模块ET200M、接口模块IM151-2、S7-200PLC等搭建了分布式控制系统,运用PROFIBUS-DP通讯协议实现对各个电机的变频调速,引入模糊控制理论实现了燃烧过程的自动控制,应用Win CC组态软件设计开发了多用户客户机-服务器模式的上位机监控系统,利用SQL Server 2005等软件实现了报表功能。系统投入运行后,大大减少了操作人员的工作量。 Focusing on the situation that the traditional control system of boiler depends on the simple sensors and empirical operation,there are some drawbacks such as low energy utilization efficiency during combustion and lack of operational safety performance equipment and so on.A new control system of boiler is designed based on S7-300 PLC and fuzzy control theory.In this system,ET200M,IM151-2,S7-200 CPU and so on is used to build distributed control system,Pump motor speed control is achieved by frequency conversion with communication protocol of PROFIBUS-DP,automatic control of combustion process is achieved by fuzzy control theory,WinCC configuration software is applied to develop client-server upper monitor picture.In addition,Server SQL 2005 and other software are used to achieve date storage and report.The application shows that the system is stable,easy to operate,practical and greatly reducing the workload of operators.
