宋神宗对变法图强志向的坚持

Emperor Song Shenzong's Insistence on Aspiration towards Political Reform

宋神宗在位时,曾积极支持王安石推行变法。宋神宗虽然与王安石在变法的战略构想上存在一定距离,但二人坚持变法图强的志向是一致的。相较而言,宋神宗在变法中所承受的压力更多、更大,以至于在变法过程中有过一定的动摇或妥协。但神宗并未因此而放弃变法,而是将变法事业坚持了十八年,他对变法图强之志的坚持是始终如一、至死不渝的。

When he reigned,Song Shenzong actively supported Wang Anshi to implement the political reform.Although there were some differences between Song Shenzong and Wang Anshi in the reform strategy,they were consistent in adhering to it.Comparatively speaking Song Shenzong suffered more in the process of the political reform,so that he had some vacillation or compromise.However,instead of giving up,he persisted in it for eighteen years.From beginning to the end he has never changed his determination till his death.
