发电机转子磁瓦胀形外模制造工艺工装设计

摘要 为使多瓦结构弹性外模在装夹中能均匀夹紧,在精磨工序中能同时获得成形尺寸和自由状态尺寸,通过分析模具结构和技术条件,首先选定模具芯模为精磨夹具的定位元件;设计夹具夹紧结构,通过紫铜垫弹塑性变形,使外模多片筒瓦同时获得夹紧;设计装夹和成形两用限位面A,保证了外模在精磨外圆工序中同时获得成形尺寸和自由状态尺寸。设计工件工艺夹位,编制加工流程、关键工序工艺并设定参数,用配磨锥面法获取外圆精磨余量。实践表明,该工艺工装完全能保证外模加工的技术要求。 In order to obtain uniform clamping in multi-tile structure of the elastic outer mold,and to realize both forming precision and the free state dimension,it analyzes the mold structure and technical condition,designs the mold core based on the positioning element of the fine grinding fixture.Through the copper pad elastic and plastic deformation,it designs the fixture clamping structure,and realizes the clamping in external mold multi-piece cylinder at the same time.It defines the clamping and forming dual-purpose surface A,ensures that the outer mold obtains both forming precision and the free-state dimension in the fine grinding cylindrical process.It proposes the work gripping process,processing technology and parameters,and uses the grinding cone surface method to obtain cylindrical grinding allowance.The application shows that the process tooling can fully guarantee the processing requirements of external mold.
