环形气囊抛光K9光学玻璃的工艺实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 气囊抛光是一种发展潜力大的抛光技术,其优点在于材料去除量均匀、抛光效率高、吻合性好。采用环形气囊抛光实验平台,在研究了环形气囊压强、不同粗糙度初始基底对K9光学玻璃表面抛光质量影响规律的基础上,提出了一种全新最佳工艺参数组合的思路:分阶段进行压强数值的选定,进行组合工艺实验。实验研究表明,随着气囊压强的增大,K9光学玻璃的抛光效率得到了提高,初始基底的表面粗糙度值越小,K9光学玻璃的抛光效率和质量越高。 The bonnet tool polishing with great potential is a new polishing technology.It has many advantages such as uniform removal,high efficiency and good compatibility.Based on the annular bonnet polishing experimental platform,it studies the influence of pressure and different substrates on the surface of K9 optical glass,proposes a new idea of selecting the best process parameters,and takes the selected pressure values in a phased phase.The experimental results show that with increasing air pressure,K9 optical glass polishing efficiency is high,the surface roughness of the substrate is small when the initial value,it enhances the polishing efficiency and quality of annular bonnet polishing technique.
