摘要 针对当前高职教育普遍存在的人才培养系统生态失衡问题,从教育生态观的视角,系统分析了高职人才培养生态圈失衡现象,探讨了以"培养目标个性化、学习领域多样化、教育环境开放化、评价体系多元化"为特征、生态和谐的高职人才培养圈,提出了构建高职药学类专业个性化人才培养体系的举措。 Aiming at the current problems of ecological unbalance of the talent training system in higher vocational education,the paper,from the perspective of education ecology,analyzes the unbalanced phenomenon of talents training in the higher education ecosystem and explores ecologically harmonious high vocational talent training circle which has the following features including“personalization of training objectives,diversification of learning fields,the open education environment,and the diversification of evaluation system”.Besides,this paper puts forward the measures for building personalized personnel training system for higher vocational pharmacy specialty.
