产教融合背景下校企资源共享的现实透视与藩篱跨越 被引量:8

The Realistic Perspective and Obstacles Solving of the School-enterprise Resources Sharing under the Background of Industry-education Integration

摘要 产教融合是深层次的、实质性的校企合作,学校和企业作为教育界与产业界的两大重要主体,其资源共享程度与质量直接影响到职业教育的发展效益。综观传统的校企资源共享现状,存在着氛围缺乏、范围较窄、层次不深、机制不健全等问题,而职教集团作为多元利益相关者融合的办学平台,具有整合功能、中介功能以及规模优势、集聚优势,能够较好解决单校对单企的资源共享困境,并从优化政策环境、主体合作生态、资源流动机制等方面构建校企资源共享的有效框架。 The industry-education integration is a kind of deep and substantive school-enterprise cooperation.Schools and enterprises are two important subjects of education and industry,the degree and quality of resource sharing of which directly affect the benefit of vocational education.Through the status quo,traditional school-enterprise resource sharing has some problems,such as lack of atmosphere,narrow scope,deep level and imperfect mechanism.While the vocational education group,as a multi-stakeholder integrated education platform,has the function of integration and intermediary,and has the advantage of scale and agglomeration,which can better solve the problem of single school-enterprise resource sharing.Besides,it may help construct an effective framework for the sharing of school-enterprise resources from the aspects of optimizing policy environment,cooperation ecology and resource flow mechanism.
