摘要
针对中职学生在实习、就业中存在的稳定性不足等问题,从职业素养的角度探究问题成因,并基于对企业、毕业生的调研,在中职学校教育实践中引入"六T"现场管理规范,与班级管理结合,以提升中职学生的职业素养水平。
In the light of the problems such as lack of stability in the internship or employment of secondary vocational school students,this study explores the causes of the problem from the perspective of the professional quality.Based on the survey of employers and graduates,this article introduces the"Six T"field management standards into school educational practice combined with class management to improve the level of professional qualities of secondary vocational Students.
