高职院校质量保证视域下内部专业评估研究

A Research on the Internal Professional Evaluation of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of Quality Assurance

内部专业评估是院校强化内涵建设的重要抓手,是质量保证体系的核心制度。高职院校应契合高等职业教育发展要求和质量保证内在要求明确办学定位,坚持分类评估、彰显特色、以课程评价为中心、全员全过程全方位育人、提升国际化水平、多元评价的原则,构建以课程评价为中心的全面考察、品牌专业和精品课程示范引领、目标管理与过程控制相结合、凭借信息化管理体系进行评估与反馈的自我评估为基础的多元评估体系。

Internal professional assessment is an important starting point for strengthening the connotative construction and is also the core system of quality assurance system.Higher vocational colleges should be in line with the requirements of the development of higher vocational education and the inherent requirements of quality assurance.The orientation of education should be clearly defined.The assessment should be carried out categorically,the characteristics should be highlighted and the curriculum evaluation should be the center.All personnel should educate people in all aspects of the process,improve the level of internationalization and make multiple evaluations.The aim is to construct a multi-assessment system based on an information management system for self-assessment and feedback.Adhere to the principle of comprehensive assessment centered on curriculum evaluation,demonstration of brand professional and quality courses,combination of goal management and process control.
