苗族经验方欣力康胶囊的主要药效学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价欣力康胶囊的主要药效作用。方法:通过测定血清半数溶血值、小鼠肿胀试验和碳粒廓清试验来观察欣力康对免疫功能的影响。通过观察小鼠对S180瘤的作用来验证欣力康的抗肿瘤作用。通过观察药物对醋酸诱发的扭体数来观察欣力康的镇痛作用。通过观察环磷酰胺作用后各组动物肝、肾功能,外周血象及骨髓造血功能的变化来观察欣力康的减毒作用。结果:欣力康高剂量组能提高小鼠血清半数溶血素,高、中剂量组均有增强小鼠迟发性免疫反应的作用,可提高小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能作用,中、高剂量组能有效抑制小鼠S180瘤的生长,高剂量组对小鼠醋酸所致疼痛有显著的抑制作用,对环磷酰胺产生的毒副作用有明显的减轻作用。结论:欣力康具有明显的扶正作用,可增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,可抑制S180肉瘤的生长,具有较强的镇痛作用,同时对环磷酰胺的毒副反应有明显的对抗作用。 Objective To estimate the main pharmacodynamics of Xinlikang Capsule(XLK).Method:The influence of XLK on the immunological function was detected by determining serum half hemolysis value(HC50),mouse’s footpad swelling test,carbon clearing test.The anti-tumor effect of XLK was verified by observing the inhibiting effect of S180 sarcoma in mice.The analgesic effect was observed by observing the number of drug writhing induced by acetic acid.The reducing toxicity effect was valued by observing the changes of each animal’s liver and kidney function,changes of peripheral blood and bone marrow hematopoietic function induced by cyclophosphamid.Result XLK can improve HC50,enhance delayed immune response and the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in mice.It can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma,reduce the pain induced by acetic acid in mice,alleviate the toxicity induced by cyclophosphamide.Conclusion:The Xinlikang Capsule can improve the cellular and humoral immune function,inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma,has a strong analgesic effect,at the same time,there is an obvious antagonism to the toxicity of cyclophosphamide.
