藏药如意珍宝丸治疗神经性疼痛疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the therapeutic effect of Ruyi Zhenbao Wan on neuropathic pain

目的:运用循证医学的方法,对藏药如意珍宝丸治疗神经性疼痛的疗效进行评价。方法:通过检索相关文献数据库,由2名研究者按照纳入排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取交叉核对,对符合标准的试验进行质量评价并采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:选取8个试验符合标准,纳入人数共计1327例。Meta分析结果提示,纳入的8个试验研究存在同质性(chi2=4.76,P=0.69),故使用固定效应模型,Z=8.98(P<0.00001),OR值=5.07,95%CI为(3.56,7.23),表示在临床疗效上如意珍宝丸治疗组与对照组比较存在显著性的差异。结论:如意珍宝丸能有效治疗神经性疼痛,且可能比对照药物治疗神经性疼痛效果更好。提示如意珍宝丸在治疗神经性疼痛方面存在一定的优势,但尚需更多高质量、大样本的临床试验做进一步研究。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Ruyi Zhenbao Wan in the treatment of neuropathic pain by means of evidence-based medicine.Methods:By searching the relevant literature database,Quality evaluation was performed on standards-compliant trials and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software after in accordance with the inclusion criteria for independent screening of the literature and data extraction cross-check By two researchers.Results:Eight trials were selected to meet the criteria,a total of 1327 cases.Meta-analysis results suggest that the eight trials included have homogeneity(chi2=4.76,P=0.69),So the use of fixed effect model,Z=8.98(P<0.00001),OR=5.07,95%CI(3.56,7.23),There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Ruyi Zhenbao Wan can effectively treat neuropathic pain,and may be better than the control drug treatment.The results suggest that Ruyi Zhenbao Wan has a certain advantage in the treatment of neuropathic pain,but still need more high-quality,large sample of clinical trials for further study.
