超声检测健康成人脑供血比及其相关影响因素探讨

Ultrasonic detection of ratio of cerebral blood supply in healthy adults and evaluation of its related factor

目的应用超声检测健康成人脑供血比,探讨影响脑供血比的相关因素。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测140例健康成人的脑供血比,以及其他相关指标和血流动力学参数,分析脑供血比的相关影响因素。结果线性相关分析显示健康成人的脑供血比以每十年1.3%的速度递减,相关方程为Y=0.0013X+0.2137,其中Y为脑供血比,X为年龄;女性脑供血比高于男性(18.68%±6.15%vs.13.23%±4.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关矩阵分析显示,体质量指数(BMI)、血压、脉搏波传导速度及脑血管阻力均与脑供血比显著相关(均P<0.01);多元回归分析校正后,仅BMI与脑供血比呈独立负相关(P<0.01),回归方程为Y=-0.095X1-4.260X2-0.311X3+36.2,其中Y为脑供血比,X1为年龄,X2为性别,X3为BMI。结论健康成人脑供血比随年龄增长而减低,且女性脑供血比高于男性;BMI与脑供血比呈独立负相关。

Objective To detect the ratio of cerebral blood supply in healthy adults by ultrasound,and to explore its related factors.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the ratio of cerebral blood supply in 140 healthy adults, as well as other relevant indexes and hemodynamic parameters,the related affecting factors were analyzed.Results Linear correlation analysis showed that the ratio of cerebral blood supply in healthy adults decreased by 1.3% per decade. The correlation equation was Y=0.0013X+0.2137, where Y was the ratio of cerebral blood supply and X was age.The ratio of female cerebral blood supply was higher than that of males(18.68% ± 6.15% vs. 13.23% ± 4.93%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Correlation matrix analysis showed that body mass index(BMI), blood pressure, pulse wave velocity, and cerebrovascular resistance were significantly correlated with the ratio of cerebral blood supply(all P<0.01),after adjustment of multiple regression analysis, only BMI was negatively correlated with the ratio of cerebral blood supply independenlently(P<0.01), regression equation was Y=-0.095X1-4.260X2-0.311X3+36.2, where Y was the ratio of cerebral blood supply, X1 was age, X2 was gender, and X3 was BMI.Conclusion The ratio of cerebral blood supply in healthy adults decreased with age, and the ratio of female cerebral blood supply is higher than that of males. BMI is independently negatively correlated with the ratio of cerebral blood supply.
