摘要
甲醛系胶黏剂的使用是人造板等木材胶接制品在使用过程中释放甲醛的主要原因。随着公众对家居生活环保意识的不断增强以及人造板材环保等级要求的不断提升,低醛/无醛等以生物质材料为主要原料制备的环保型胶黏剂成为近年来研发热点笔者综述了几种生物基(单宁、木质素、淀粉和大豆蛋白)胶黏剂的特点、制备工艺、改性方法以及目前国内外的研究进展,探讨了在人造板行业的应用现状,展望了生物基木材胶黏剂今后主要的研究发展方向。
The use of formaldehyde-based wood adhesives may result in the problem of formaldehyde emission from wood composite panels during their service lives.With the increasing enhancement of public environment awareness for home lives and the increasing requirement of environment grade of wood panels,environmental friendly adhesives based on low/free-formaldehyde bio-based materials become hot research topics.This article reviewed several types of bio-based(tannin,lignin,starch,and soybean protein)adhesives,such as characteristics,synthesis,modification methods,and research progress.The applications and future developments of bio-based adhesives in wood panel industry were also discussed.
