清洁生产分析在电镀行业环评中的应用

已经投产的某电镀企业在实施提标改造方案时,利用清洁生产审核,从资源能源、生产工艺及装备、资源综合利用、改善管理等方面入手,对照《电镀行业清洁生产评价指标体系》,认真分析评价企业现状清洁生产水平。分析结果表明,企业现状清洁生产水平尚未达到Ⅲ级(国内清洁生产一般水平),有较大的清洁生产潜力,进而提出改进的措施和建议,使企业的提标改造符合环保法律法规要求,提标改造项目环评更能发挥指导作用,也能为同行业提供参考。

Taking an electroplating enterprise that have been put into operation for example,when implementing transformation of improvement standard,according to the“Evaluation Index of Cleaner Production in Electroplating Industry System”,seriously analyze and evaluate the status quo of cleaner production by using cleaner production audit,from the aspects of resources and energy,production technology and equipment,comprehensive utilization of resources,and improvement of management.The results show that the current cleaner production level has not yet reachedⅢlevel(the general level of domestic cleaner production),have greater potential for cleaner production,and then put forward improved measures and suggestions to make enterprises in the transformation of improvement standard in line with environmental laws and regulations,to make EIA of the transformation project more play a guiding role,but also to provide a reference for the industry.
