辽河流域“十二五”水专项环境管理技术推广建议

全面梳理了水专项"十二五"监控预警主题下相关课题的技术成果,在此基础上,围绕辽河流域水环境管理的目标,提出水专项成果在辽河流域实施保障的政策建议,为建立一套精准高效的流域水环境管理体系及实现经济社会发展与水环境质量持续改善的双赢目标提供支撑。

The technical achievements of the related topics under the theme of“12th Five-Year”monitoring and warning for special water projects were combed.On this basis,some policy recommendations on the implementation of water specific plan achievements were put forward,that around the goal of water environment management in Liaohe River Basin.In order to provide support for establishing a set of accurate and efficient river basin water environment management system,achieve a win-win goal of economic and social development and continuous improvement of water environment quality.
