工会以维护职工群众权益为主要职责,在新时期下,工会工作须在自身建设和组织创新方面下工夫,从而满足不同时期职工群众的不同需求。本文探讨了工会工作在基础建设和创新建设上的一些途径和方法,以确保工会工作能顺应时代要求。

The trade unions are mainly responsible for safeguarding the rights and interests of employee and the masses.In the new era,the trade union work must make efforts in self-construction and organization innovation so as to meet the different needs of employee and the masses at different times.In this paper,the author discussed some approaches and methods in foundation construction and innovative construction in order to ensure that trade union work can comply with demands of the times.
