摘要
为了提高蜗杆传动的散热能力,使油温保持在允许范围内,防止胶合问题的发生,笔者分析了蜗杆传动的特点,对连续工作的闭式蜗杆传动进行了热平衡计算,在此基础上为某200L润滑油钢桶制备厂的自动化生产线设计了蜗杆减速箱循环油冷却系统,讨论了该冷却系统的工作原理与特点,指出该冷却系统能够有效地把蜗杆减速箱的热量及时传到箱体外,有效降低了蜗杆传动运行时的温度、提高了传动效率、延长了蜗杆传动的使用寿命,同时实现了对润滑油的重复利用,达到了节能的效果,也为机械正常运转、工厂安全生产提供了保障。
In this paper,in order to improve heat dissipation potential of worm drive,keep oil temperature within acceptable limit and prevent agglutination,the author analyzed features of worm drive,and made heat balance calculation for closed worm drive of continuous working.On above foundation,the author designed cooling system of circulation oil of worm drive for automatic production line of a preparation plant of 200L lubricating oil steel drum.Then,the author discussed working principle and features of this cooling system,and pointed out that this cooling system may efficiently reject heat of worm reduction box,reduce temperature when worm drive is operating,improve drive efficiency and extend service life of worm drive.It also may realize reutilization to lubricating oil,improve effect of energy-saving,and provide safeguard for normal operation of machinery and safety production of plant.
