出口澳大利亚集装箱平车的研发

Research and Development on Container Flat Car Exported to Australia

为提高单层集装箱平车的运箱数量和运输效率,发挥铁路集装箱运输在现代物流系统中的优越性,中车太原机车车辆有限公司研发了出口澳大利亚24.384 m(80ft)集装箱平车。笔者介绍了该车的用途、技术参数、车体结构、技术特点,计算并分析了该车的车体结构强度、车体结构疲劳寿命、车辆动力学性能、车辆制动性能,校核了该车的曲线通过能力,指出该车突破和掌握了长底架铁路集装箱平车的整体承载轻量化结构等关键技术,该车的批量投入运用将满足现代物流中铁路集装箱运输需求,进一步发挥铁路集装箱运输低成本、多装箱的优势,具有良好的应用推广前景。

In order to improve quantity and transport efficiency of monolayer container flat car and develop advantages of railway container in modern logistics system,CRRC Taiyuan Co.,Ltd.researched and developed container flat car with 24.384m(80 ft)exported to Australia.In this paper,the author introduced main applications,main technical parameters,main structure and main technical features of this container flat car,and calculated and analyzed strength of car body structure,fatigue life of car body structure,dynamics performance as well as brake performance.Then,the author checked curve passage capacity of this flat car,and put forward that key technologies,such as integral light weight structures of long under-frame flat car of railway container,have been broken through and mastered.Batch application of this container flat car will meet the requirements of railway container transportation in modern logistics system and further develop advantages of low cost and more containers of railway container transportation,which has favorable popularization prospect.
