染整技术专业现代职业教育模式的探究

Exploration on Modern Mode of Vocational Education of Major of Dyeing and Printing Technology

为缓解印染企业对染整技术专业人才的急迫需求,在政府参与扶持下,以"校企政合作"方式为纽带,创新了"现代学徒制""二元制"等现代化职业教育模式,培养出现代印染企业技术过硬、管理水平一流的新型印染人才。

In this paper,in order to relieve urgent demand of printing and dyeing enterprises to professionals of major of dyeing and printing technology,with the help of the government,the authors created modern modes of vocational education,such as"modern apprenticeship"and"binary system"by taking"university-enterprise-government cooperation"as bond,which may cultivate new dyeing and printing talents with advanced technology and top-ranking management level for printing and dyeing enterprises.
